My Chocolate inspiration comes from watching Kirsten Tibballs a well known Australian pastry chef and also known as the Chocolate Queen! Having watched her guest appearances on MasterChef over the years I very soon gravitated to her style being a chocolate lover myself. After attempting to re create her Ruby Chocolate Roulade I was very pleased with my first attempt but was even more chuffed when I received feedback on my Instagram post from Kirsten saying it was ‘amazing’!!
